Field Repair

Regular maintenance steps and checks to keep your MARCbot in the best working order are listed and described in your User Manual.

In general, there are no user repairable parts on the MARCbot. Broken/damaged MARCbots should be swapped out with fully functional ones by contacting the appropriate Support

However, if you are having problems it is generally best to first go through the troubleshooting steps listed in the User Manual. Should it turn out that there are field servicable items that become damaged over time, those fixes will be posted here in the future.
