Field Repair

Regular maintenance steps and checks to keep your LVUSS in the best working order are listed and described in your User Manual.

In general, there are no user repairable parts on the LVUSS other than the CAT5/Ethernet cable extension from the OCU to the video receiver: repair/replacement instructions for this cable are found in the User Manual. Broken/damaged LVUSSes should be swapped out with fully functional ones by contacting the appropriate Support

However, if you are having problems it is generally best to first go through the troubleshooting steps listed in the User Manual. Should it turn out that there are other field servicable items that become damaged over time, those fixes will be posted here in the future.
